The project focuses on enhancing living spaces through thoughtful design and meticulous construction management. In the front building, the basement is being converted into living space, the number of apartments is being reduced from ten to eight to create more spacious units, the attic is being rebuilt with a new design, balconies are being added to provide residents with additional outdoor space, and a new elevator is being installed in the courtyard to improve accessibility in the multi-family house. In the rear building, the existing structure is being converted into a single-family home to offer privacy and comfort, a two-car parking lift is being installed in the courtyard to optimize space, and the garage complex, which is less than 300m³, is being demolished to make way for new construction. The aim of these renovations and upgrades is to improve the quality of living while maintaining the original architectural charm of the buildings.
