The house in Oberursel underwent a comprehensive core renovation. The existing layout was completely reconfigured into an open plan design with clear sightlines, creating a bright and spacious living environment with modern spatial quality.

As a semi detached house, the project required close coordination with the neighboring property. During the renovation, the building was also upgraded to modern energy standards. The previously interior bathroom was fitted with natural light, and the rooftop terrace was expanded, providing an additional high quality outdoor space.
